I'm so impressed with this post. Most companies won't tell you what the bugs are because they hope you never run across them and they'll get around to fixing them eventually, and here you are doing the opposite. The reason is obvious, you care about people having fun playing the game, and you're not going anywhere.

I just had to say how awesome this is. I used to be a big warcraft player (warcraft OOTP league), and one of the reasons warcraft was such a loved game was that Blizzard was very responsive to their player base and strove to make games that they would enjoy playing themselves. That isn't really the case anymore, and success hasn't done Blizzard any favors... they kind of crap on their players now. It's really refreshing to see the total opposite. You guys are champions.
