Yeah, I believe we re-use the PBP box for the controls, so we need to always keep it accessible. Doesn't mean you actually have to read the PBP, though (and we even recommend in 3D to use the short PBP anyways as the detailed one won't necessarily match).
Also, I would recommend having some PBP visible. There's still an occasional play where we don't generate 3D for, or our 3D generation screws up, so you still need something to tell you exactly what happened. |

Sure, simply switch to the short PbP mode, that is recommended for 3D anyway.
