Scouting Report Question

Quick questions on Scouting.
I have a scouting report from both my Scout and OSA for the first day of a career - I understand why these might be different from each other, no question there.

So, disregarding OSA Scouting Report...

First year draft pool is created and I see a scouting report from my scout for Derek Jeter generated automatically.

Can I trust this scouting report that is auto-generated?

If i ask my scout to SPECIFICALLY generate a scouting report for Jeter the next day, will it change from the auto-generated version?

If i ask for it a week later, will it change?

I guess i want to know if the preliminary reports from my scout on a draft class (or whatever) are specific enough - or if they are generalized until i ask him to specifically scout the player.
