Wow just read that Paul Coleman was drafted 6th 1 pick in front of FRANK THOMAS, cause Coleman reminded scouts at the Cardinals of Bo Jackson... LOL Who what a huge mistake

It would have to be a surreal experience to be a former player, especially a minor league player and find yourself in the game.

I would like to see a challenge contest.

Where for example you take control of a team that has one of these guys and see who can make them the best.

For example....

Take over the O's and see if you can get Ben McDonald to have a better career then he did.

A 19 year old Ted Williams hit .366 for the 1938 Minneapolis Millers. Joe Dimaggio had a 61 game hitting streak for the 1933 San Francisco Seals.

I'm waiting for these seasons on my desktop with eager anticipation.

be sure to uncheck the box that allows mlb to purchase players on unaffiliated teams or DiMaggio won't be there in 1933

I am a bit curious how the game will handle a player like Joe Bauman, mr 72 home runs .400BA in 1953 or 54 with Roswell...yes in Roswell...

How will the game pro-rate such high numbers. will he be a .240, 30 HR guy in his actual ratings for the year. Better. Worse. These type of things I will want to take a look into before playing any long term scenario

Been looking back at my old cards, wife is making me downsize so I am going to have to sell them sooner or later but just recalling how excited I was when the new year was released and now seeing the awful 1992 designs and how bad they were.... ugh.... nothing beat the 1970 black borders.
