what will the recap options be? Would we be
Able to turn them off by league? I'd love them in my league but not so in the Japanese Indy league in my world

They have the same options as box scores or game logs. So you don't have individual control league by league, but you can specify "human teams"/"human leagues"/"major leagues"/etc...
