Changing Team Logos/Colors

As I try to learn more about this community, I'm curious as to what color scheme and uniform combination you guys use for all 30 teams (Obviously some teams dont get changed probably by any players) And, do you change them all as soon as you start a game, or do you do it like me and spread it out changing one teams colors after each season?

What logos do you use for each team as well?

For MLB & many MiLB teams I have a pretty extensive collection of logos and uniforms to make a historical progression over the entirety if the teams history. It a by-product of playing this game for years.

But I've found that the cap logos look the best in game when used as team logos. I have a fictional league going that has been running for almost 70 years of game time. I've made some pretty complex logos for those teams but in the end I find the simple cap style logos just look better.
