Historical Minors Question

Ok, so now that historical minors have been added to the new game, how will the system handle any unaffiliated teams (Portland Mavericks in the late 70's come immediately to mind), co-op teams (Bakersfield Blaze and Visalia Oaks in 1995 & 1996), and teams who are affiliates of more than one team (the 1996 Hudson Valley Renegades, Tampa Bay & Texas Short-Season A league affiliate).

If at least 1 affiliated team is in a league the unaffiliated teams will be included as well.

Co-Op teams and multiple affiliated teams are not allowed to be multiplied other than by 1. One gets picked at this point in time.
