Can't get OOTP 4 working!!!

I have it installed and have downloaded my league files. The game starts up but when I try to run my league I get a blank league page. I get 0-0 for records and 0's for all other categories. There are no team names on the page and I cant see anything anywherwe in my league. No players, no teams, nothing.

I just downloaded Direct X 9.0 to see if that would help and it did not. The game works find but I cant run my league. Please help me !!!!

League isn't installed properly, the "league files" MUST be inside of a folder with the ".LG" file extension or they will not work.

I have the files in my league folder. League folder is IBF.lg. Does lg have to be in caps?

No, are you sure that they are v4 files? Are you sure that they are not inside of another folder inside of "that" folder?

Yes, they are v4 files. Inside the OOTP4 folder I created the IBF.lg folder and unzipped the files to there.

Did you get these files off of a burned CD?

Downloaded them from our league website and no one else had any problems with them.

If the file is correctly installed then I don't know of a reason why you shouldn't see it properly. Have you tried d/l the file again? How much free HD space is on your system?

I have 5.17 GB of free space and have tried redownloading the files a few times and I also re-installed the game a few times. No success with any of this.

I just d/l the file, made a folder called "IBF.lg" and unzipped the files inside of that folder. I then opened OOTP4 and then opened that league and all standings show up, team records, etc. Players are on their teams......

Gotta be something that you are either not doing correctly or have failed to do at all.

Are you 100% certain that the "league folder" has the ".lg" extension AND that the files have been unzipped into it?
