Issues with OU 13 drafts and setting a new year for drafts.

HI everyone,
I am a new commish of PSD16 and I cannot figure out how to get the year to change in my drafts. We have completed our 2021 draft last year, and I am setting up 2022 for this year. When I click the start over button on my draft admin page, it only allows me to input another draft .csv file for 2021, not 2022. This is the message it gives me.

"Generate from File
Export draft.csv from the First Year Draft screen and copy to
OOTPOU/draft/2021/144 and click Generate
Note: If you allow pick trading, you must manually generate the draft to
retain which team formerly owned the pick"

How do I change this to 2022?

Also I apologize if this is in the wrong area of the forums, it wouldn't allow me to post in tech support.
