Can owner personalities change?

I am currently the GM of a franchise that has a 36 year old interfering owner. My question is will his personality evolve over his lifetime or will he always be interfering? At this time I don't want to manually change his personality, just curious to see if he will mellow out and stop making all the contract extensions. He's been owner for a year or two and has already made 5 or so extensions giving me very little free agent/extension money. Anyone know?

Yes you can.

You start by turning on commissioner mode.

Then go to your Home Page --> Then to Settings.
Every thing will be in the top left that you want to edit.

I was just letting him know he could. Then I came back to edit it to put more info in once I went back into the game and reminded myself how to do it so I could tell him for sure.

His question was do the owner personalities change over time, not how to change them....in fact he said in his original post that "I don't want to manually change his personality"

turn off owner goals. also, in the financial settings, and change settings on how the owner controls the budget. you can force it to ebb and flow with revenue streams as opposed to the whim of the owner.

it will still go up and down based on performance/revenue from the previous year.

honestly, i just edit an owner with my name and the problem is solved.
