Uninstall problems

I am trying to uninstall using the provided "uninstall.exe." file and I keep getting the error "Invalid Start Mode:archive filename" I did a standard install using default folders.

I am trying to uninstall because I cannot get the player photos and facegen to work correctly.

Windows uninstall ("Uninstall a program" on the control panel) should work even if the regular uninstaller is failing. Between that and the photo/facegen problems, definitely sounds like something went haywire in the initial installation.

Yeah, some of them (e.g. saves) will stay by design unless the game's installer specifically removes them.

To get rid of all of it, you can delete everything in these directories after running the uninstall (assuming a default installation location):

C:\Program Files (x86)\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 2
C:\Users\(username)\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 2
