I don't think its unreasonable that in real life if the Oilers were willing to trade Nugent-Hopkins, their next 2 1st rounders, a 2nd rounder, and a bunch of other younger guys and picks they couldn't be a threat right away. Going to happen when you keep getting #1 picks for years.
As for the Ladd trade, he did only put up 27 points as shown in the screenshot above, so it's unlikely his ratings in the game correspond to his real life value. |
