Question on Trades

Im interesting in running historical leagues and was wondering if I can turn off trades? im only asking that cuz of what ive been reading that the trades are not realistic

You can turn the trade frequency all the way down, which will make trades incredibly rare. Some other trades will still happen as they are handled in a different way than that setting would impact (like cap reduction salary dumps)
