2 Questions and a Happy Proclamation!!!
1) What does professionalism in the ratings do? getting along with teammates? Allows aggressive players to be good in the clubhouse?
2) Whne editing CPU controlled teams Personnel..... who makes the gameplab decisions? The GM, coach? Owner? ... is it a mix??? Does it make sense that these three have different preferences?? How does this power play work in FHM2 .. especially with CPU controlled teams?? -- Basically, can someone provide some decent info on the personnel their roles and influence? Does the owner ratings matter? ALSO... I AM DONE ... 100% ... 16 team league with a farm system.... fully copied top league from FHM14 .... Names and ages from farm system, but I decided the ratings should be different in FHM2 for the farm system...... Primary free agents (many goalies, some defenders, quite a few wingers, and the top available centers= Looking forward to it !! Comes Join me!! http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...ry-player.html |

The main effect of professionalism is keeping the player effective when he's unhappy for whatever reason. Low professionalism = more severe unhappiness effects.
The coach makes gameplan decisions. |

great! thank you!!
Owner's are sort of irrelevant??? GMs player preferences also no effect?? In other words... does the GM make moves based on Coach's preferences? Or does the GMs player preference have an effect? |
