Chl call up

Before starting first season i can't figure out how to bring up any signed chl player. Including this years draft. Am i doing it wrong? I'm trying from the roster/contract screen.

no one else having a problem with this? seems bugged when you can't call someone up before a season starts.

Can you clarify what you are doing to try to bring him up that isn't working? You should be able to right click on a player and get a variety of options, including moving him to a different team.

If you start a 15/16 season - most team's prospects (as an example for the Canucks - Virtanen and McCaan) - are assigned to their junior clubs (Calgary Hitmen, Sault St. Marie Greyhounds). When I right click on the players - there appears to be no option to move them to the team that has their pro rights.

ya that's my problem also, On New Jersey i can't bring Pavel Zacha up to my nhl roster. When i right click on him the option to send up him is greyed.

just noticed this was after i did my first preseason game but i was trying way before and up until the preseason,nothing changed.

Once they're assigned to a CHL team, even if it's on the starting rosters, they can't be called up until the end of the year. We'll be updating the rosters to opening-night status once all the real cuts are made, so if Virtanen and McCann make the team, they'll be there in the game.
