It might just be because I'm tired coming off of work but isn't this screen backwards. If I control the puck and the left side of this diagram is my defensive zone, shouldn't my players be on the other side of the diagram for offensive settings.

"Offensive" in this case means "in control of the puck", not in the offensive zone.
