Importing Historical Rookies As Free Agents

Im trying to start a new league, where instead of having an amateur draft, all the rookies are instead dumped into the free agent pool. Is there settings that will allow me to do this?

I have under the historical progressing settings

Automatically import historical rookies checked
Import rookies as free agents.

I also have the amateur draft disabled.

But I don't seem to be getting the rookies to actually import.

Thanks for you help with this.

a few misc questions.
1. Are you playing a fictional or historical league. If fictional you have to edit the database path with your stats folder that you are importing from. Historical is should be set to default.
Rookies import the 1st day of the offseason, are you at some other day?
I'll have some followup questions after the 1st 2 are answered. But i am guessing you are playing fictional and did not change the database path. Should be under Options in a fictional league - Historical in a historical league.

I am playing historical, using Spritze DB High School. Starting in 1901. I have the draft disabled, and the option to import all rookies into the FA pool. The database is set to the right path.

When I get to the 1901-1902 offseason the new rookie class isn't just dumping into the FA pool.

Thanks for your help.

What is/was the issue. Typically i use a draft and i only use Spritze dB nut i plan on either having players come in as FA or go to their orig. team then signing the extra players and want to know if i encounter the same issue you did.
