renegotiating my own contract

I love that I can control contracts for players and staff... but I don't have the option of renegotiating my own contract as a GM... Is it possible to do so as I am vastly underpaid for my services... haha... I am playing in a non MLB league to familiarize myself with the game... Any help appreciated

Not possible, your contract will be automatically renewed when it expires, unless you get fired of course.

At some point, you will need budget space and think you are vastly OVERPAID
