September 23rd,1986 Game 151 Red Sox vs. Brewers

Dwight Evans gets 3 hits and knocks in both Red Sox runs as the Sox beat the Brewers 2-1. Marty Barrett also added 3 hits and Oil Can Boyd pitched 8 strong innings to get the win.

Despite winning their last game, The Red Sox were officially eliminated from the playoffs today. I will now just quickly fast forward the rest of the season to see who wins the WS.

The California Angels are your 1986 World Champions!! They defeat the Astros 4-2 in the World Series!




I'm not sure what my next venture will be. It may be trying to see if the Red Sox can beat the Reds in the 1975 World Series.
