Help with League Logo/Banner
Looking for someone to create a new Logo and Banner based off of this logo. Looking for something along the lines of the Second Logo. The Red,White and Blue color scheme would be preferred and doesn't need to be spelled out could just be LBLB. Also need a Banner to go on the Main Homepage. Willing to Donate some Funds for a good logo and Banner.

I've never made a banner, so I'll let someone else take a stab at that, but I did do a quick edit of the second logo for you. Hopefully it will be something you can use. Here's one in the same size as your original and a regular and glossy in 150 x 150 game size:
