Ford Thunderbirds trade LF Calvin Kline to the Panasonic Dragons for SP William Bainbridge and a minor league CF.
To complete the Bobby Harris trade, the Ford Thunderbirds trade RP Chris Hernandez, 3B Brett Wagner, RP Tom Tregger, CF Will Cole & C Jimmy Yoder to the Delgado Lions for CF Brett Bremer. It will be the 4th team Brett has played for his father Admiral Fox.
Ford Thunderbirds traded SS Benji Packer to the Brandywine Power for a minor league 3B.
Pittsburgh Pirates traded 1B Luis Vazquez & a minor league SS to the Atlanta Braves for P Wilson Palacios.
Hope Chimera traded SS John Bates to the Detroit Tigers for 4 minor leaguers.

Arbitration cases are over. i know i shocked many in the baseball world by acquiring Bainbridge and my son Brett. With signing Sholess Joe to a long term deal it gave me too many LF and after the season was over I realized having a speed guy at the top of the order is not how I want to assemble this team, Jackson will hit lead. he is a triples machine who can hit .360+ with solid speed and some power. Kline will be missed as he was a fan favorite. i see good things in store for Bainbridge. he will be our #3 and could give us 200 IP.
With Brett I had to do it. He was unhappy with MGR John baker after some of Baker's tweets about what does $10 million give you? 69 Wins. Brett did have an off year and I do not expect Delgado to be much better then .500 next year. The new 3 division format will have Atlantis, Gotham City, Delgado & Willowbrook in the AL East. Atlantis shoulkd win it and Gotham City might compete for a Wild Card.
It gives us a great defender in CF who hit .346 last year. If he can get his power #'s back into the 40's we will be in great shape. He also hits lefties really well.
After Packer's bad season I decided to go in a different direction. DeLuna, Dunn, Peabody & Corona will compete for the SS position. Peabody will either start at SS or 2B.
