Question about switching league from HH to OOTP5
Hi all, our league is considering switching sims. We currently use HH2003, but we are kicking around using OOTP maybe sometime in the future. Has anyone made a swtich like that? How difficult was it? Were you able to make new league files in OOTP that had similar players from your HH league? The other question is how do you like your online OOTP5 league if you did switch? Thanks for any input you might have.

The USBL moved from High Heat to OOTP4 about a year and a half ago(and formed the TLB). It was the best move we ever made. We ended up starting over completely though. There are no utilities to translate a HH file to an OOTP one, and we felt that there was too much potential for our converstion to cause arguments (since ratings and talent can be very subjective). So, we took GForce's latest 2002 roster set and started up a brand new league. It was well worth the trouble.

If the only problem is agreeing on values, that can be overcome. Is it a fictional league, or one with real players?
