Restrict rosters by state

Is there a way to restrict players from different states? I wanted to create a U.S. Baseball league with 50 teams, one from each state. But I don't want players from California to play for Texas for example.

No. You can create a league and have players exclusively from one state or region in that league, however the option to have state specific teams has not been incorporated... yet. Would love to see it happen though.

There is a States as Nations mod for up to version 12 thru 14, not sure if it will work for v16 or not... Maybe pm its creator Bottom of the Sixth, I know he is playing v16 and he may be able to tell you if it works or not... I think I remember trying it in v15 and it worked but didn't save the game, so I am not positive on this...
