Add On Help

I tried for the first time this morning to incorporate add ons and have been unsuccessful.

I am interested in the all-in-one add on and have added the server and have completed the download without any issues.

When I click on install, the game hangs up (not responding message) and I have to force a close.

I have deleted and re-downloaded the file several times but whenever I attempt to install the file the game stops responding and does not install.

The same thing happens if I try another add on.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

depending on the add-on it can take quite some time to un-pack the files and the game may seem unresponsive at times. first thing I'd try is simply waiting what seems like an absurdly long time if that doesn't work, let me know and I'll send you a direct link and it can be installed manually

You were right - I tried the download again, left my computer for an hour and the add-on installed correctly.
