Team strengths on the Initiate Trade screen?

On the Initiate Trade screen it shows team strengths, for both starters and prospects, by marking them with a colored circle. Problem is there is no indication as to what the color stands for. Doesn't say in the manual either.

They appear to me to go in order like this:

1st (best) Blue
2nd Green
3rd Yellow
4th Red

That's just a guess based on players overall ratings, as well as the color coding for the ratings themselves.

Can anyone confirm if this is correct?

That's correct. They use the same color code as the ratings bars.
