July 1 New International Free Agents List

so today it was released and none of the names appear to be real players and don't match the real life free agents I'm looking at on MLB and other sites. OOTP has always been good about identifying real amautuer prospects. I'm googling these guys and getting nothing.

What type game are you playing?

One thought that jumps out to me. The game had used the July 1st date when first released, but some time ago Markus fixed the date so it's now (correctly) July 2nd. So are you using a really early patch? I'd guess that's the issue. Download the latest patch, start a new game, and you should see all the real guys available.

I'm playing 2015 real teams as KC
actually yes it's July 2nd and i have latest update
for instance Royals signed Seuly Matias and Jeison Guzman today and they are not in and a guy I bid on Cristo Palma is in but i can't find a real life version of


all the players I scouted and signed before were matching up great with players in real life

The real life international free agents are available upon starting the game. The ones created July 2 are fictional.

soooo I can't use real players in a game that has started before now


when we did amatuer draft I had real players....so not understanding

I don't have a quick start open in front of me but I had this issue last month.

The real amateur fA are there, they just are available to be signed when the season starts. Begin a new game. Sim a few days and you will start to see them. Ie guerro got signed like April 10 in my game. Maybe it was May 1 they appeared. Like I say new game, sim day by day and keep clicking on the ifa screen. They will be there way before July 1.

Then July 1 comes. The game calls for ifa but they were already there and signed in April may so it created fictional guys

The amateur free agents in the free agent pool at the start of the quickstart (March 2015) are real. Most likely, they are all signed to major league organizations by the time July 2nd rolls around the first year.
