Game generated/required logos in 16

I may be missing something, but...

Previously you could delete all of the size combinations of a logo (to replace one or replace a generic for example), drop a new 150x150 .png into the appropriate folder as the replacement and, when next started, the game would instant create the required size combinations.

I noticed this when I changed a league logo and then tried to upload reports in an online league (header logo fine - other league logos broken link).

I am not sure that is happening anymore?

Tests (using a LEAGUE logo only, in the correct folder) and all on the 16.6.30 (newest) patch:

1) Removed ALL league logos (all sizes) from a test game folder. Replaced only the major league with a new (different, but properly named to match league) logo. Used LEAGUE NAME for logo name. Started game.

Game created minor league generics - 150, 16, 25, 40, 50, 110 - for all levels, instantly and seemed to mimic the LEAGUE NAME for thier minor league level.

Game did NOT create any major league logos from the original and the logo was not seen top/middle of manager page or on league page (generic baseball logo seen).

2) Used LEAGUE ABBREVIATION for logo name.
Deleted all logos again and changed logo name to abbreviation name.
Started game.

Game created same minors logos of course.

Game created ONLY a 50 initially using the LEAGUE NAME_50 for the name of the logo. I highlight this because it's odd to me using the league name instead of league abbreviation?
Navigated to STANDINGS page and the game THEN created a 16 logo instantly.
Couldn't think of another page, using a different size, to go to...to see if another size was created on demand.

3) Removed ALL league logos and started with empty league logos folder.
Started game.

Game created ALL levels - MAJOR and MINORS - 150, 16, 25, 40, 50, 110 (all generic of course).
And the game used LEAGUE NAME, not ABBREVIATION NAME for ALL.
AND generic LEAGUE logo just created NOT seen on the manager page OR LEAGUE PAGE.

Weird...no?
I've posted here first, but can post as a bug too if it looks that way.
