Transfer OOTP 14 league to OOTP16

Hello. How do I transfer a OOTP14 league onto OOTP16? If someone can give me a step-by-step procedure it would be a great help.Thank you.

Download the demo of OOTP15

Install, then on the startup screen is an option to import an ootp14 league. Click on that, follow the directions.

Once it's converted to 15, you can then convert it to 16 the same way.

I do not have the ootp15 version. Is it still possible to export my league without me having ootp 15? Thank you for your help
