Save league newspaper to PDF

Another idea: save league newspaper to PDF. Possibly make it look like a real newspaper -- with the header (modders can themselves add many headers), date of the generation (newspaper is updated once a day, I think) and some pages.

Also would be good an ability to autocreate PDF in an interval (e.g. week) and to save in the folder (maybe you can choose folder in the settings or use default folder).

I think it would be good for anybody who wants to see (and remember) the league outside OOTP. Besides, it's good for online leagues. As Orcin has mentioned in another thread, it maybe interesting for dynasty writers.

It may be more difficult to implement but I think it is worth writing the lines of code.
