Team Chemistry???

more than half my team is unhappy with team chemistry
majority say "They don't like losing"
We're in first place 6-0 for the week and swept our cross state rivals on the road

a week ago my bench coach wrote and warned me about the clubhouse lacked leadership. one of my me first guys got hurt so he was replaced by Placido Polanco who has a great clubhouse rating- -very few of my players are slackers or me first guys

what am I supposed to do? If Polanco doesn't help clubhouse he has no real role on my team-

I've got 1 guy Omar Infante who is supposed to be a stand up guy but has been pissed all year because he's not starting over an AS and I tried to trade him but no one wanted his 9 mil contract with 3 years left

no way to get rid of him since I can't afford to cut him

This shows that the module is poorly designed. Winning should trump everything.

I don't know Rich if you look at the Billy Martin/ Reggie Jackson Yankees the team chemistry sucked. People were miserable in the clubhouse, there were fistfights in the dugout, and yet they were able to put that aside on the field and win games. I just think about those teams when this happens in game.
