OOTP + Elicense + Terminal Services

Has anyone gotten OOTP to work over a terminal server connection?

I was rather miffed to find that it wouldnt work, since i use a terminal server to run many apps when i'm using a laptop, since the laptops are old, slow and underpowered, its easier to let my 850mhz 512 meg terminal server do the processing.

i think you need to install ootp on both computers so each has a valid license. then you can remove ootp from the computer you are phyiscally at as long (laptop) as the license stays. do a search on license here.

Yeah thats not it, that's only if you want to run it through a share, not through terminal services.

I have it installed on both machines, with valid licenses, but if i try and run it through a terminal server, it get an e-license popup window that says "This product is not enabled for remote sessions"

Now i saw a thread on here from 2 years ago, with people discussing this, and saying that they were working with e-licences tech support to make it work.,

I spoke to E-Licence this morning, and i was told that its a 400 studios issue, that they have remote sessions denied, and that they could enable it if they wanted.

the previous thread on the issue blamed the people at viatech, viatech blames 400 studios.
