utility draft
has anyone successfully used the draft utility with OOTP16 without it adding a bunch of guys from future drafts?

No. It's not possible to keep those players out of OU.

yeah I didn't think so ... so the draft utilities are pretty much useless for OOTP16 right? what happens if you draft those guys?

in 15 if u draft them the extra players that appear in ootpou and import the draft.csv those players would be on the drafting teams . i haven't tested it in 16 but the theory is the same

Yup, I spent hours trying all sorts of methods and none seemed to work.

StatsLab is your best bet if you can get it to work.
