Where are waivers?

I can't seem to find where I can put a player on waivers or claim someone off them. I only play with my team and their reserves.

Is there some setting I have to turn on? If so, where is it? If not, what am I missing?

I tried the manual but it didn't help me.

If you are using reserve rosters then there are no waivers.

whatever sceen has the free agents, it will be another page there or in that vicinity. (international fa, fa, waiver wire etc...)

You can waive a player with-in the player's options. Same place you would use 'shop player'

You can check the waiver as an option in the same place you go to sign FAs or make trades. There is a specific header for 'check waiver wire'
