Unable to vote for HOF

I just recently purchased v16 after skipping v15 so I'm unfamiliar with the HOF voting. I checked "enable manual HOF voting" and unchecked "disable automatic HOF induction." I believe this is suppose to result in both me and the AI voting but I only get results of AI voting with no option for me to vote.

I'm in my 12th season after simming the first 8 for my fictional league. I'm also in commissioner mode.

Any idea what's preventing me from voting?

Could it be that no one is yet eligible? Do you have the 5 year rule in effect?

Thanks for the response.

No I had a '0" year rule and just changed it to "1" hoping that might help. I've already had 1 player inducted by the AI and several who were short of votes.

You have to explicitly go to the voting page to vote. It opens 30 days before the results are announced.

Also might want to check your settings as well

Thanks Matt! Found voting page. I thought i would receive a notice that it was time to vote, but I guess not.
