Force Facegen Update Option Grayed Out

Hello,

I'm in the offseason, and prior to this one I've had no issues with the players facegens properly updating to reflect their free agent status/new team. However, nothing is updating this offseason unless I manually go into the editor and hit auto-reload.

On the game settings -> players & facegen menu it's not allowing me to force/update/generate player pictures for MLB. All facegen functions are grayed out.

Any help is appreciated.

I found two ways in which to replicate that condition of grayed out Facegen functions.

The first was to go into File, Settings, 3D & Facegen, and disable Facegen then restart the game (first and second screen prints).

The other, which produced immediate results, was to select "No Fictional Pictures" in Game, Game Settings, Players & Facegen, Fictional Pictures (third screen print).

Did you happen to do either of those by mistake?

Thanks for the reply. It looks like I had "No Fictional Pictures" on, which is weird because I never go into that options page and the faces had been updating perfectly normal until this offseason.
