This doesn't seem right- should be handled better.

Also, though less important probably, on this one the reschedule maybe could be better. It was added to a two game Sept series as a DH on the first day-- this normally would be good and I have seen it work fine-- but in this case both teams had two open days preceding the two game series- Probably this would usually mean the make up game would be a single game preceding the previously scheduled two games.

Sorry you had to wait so long to get help. If you check your support ticket, you'll see I replied to it. We try to get to everyone promptly, but sometimes things don't work like they're supposed to. Hopefully, we can resolve this quickly.

See, Steve is correctly listed as being injured in my "Lineups" view, but even though I keep clicking "place on Disabled List" from the transactions (and select the 7-day DL when the "which Disabled List do you want to place him on?" screen pops up), he stays listed in the lineups, rather than scooting away like a good boy, and his profile page remains change-resistant:

I even went into Commissioner Mode to manually add the "remaining days on DL", but it still wasn't reflected anywhere else. Can work around this if it's just Clevenger, but if this becomes a game-wide issue…well…

Independent leagues even with extensions on. AI teams will not resign players.

Recently played the back-end of a double-header and bullpen pitchers were listed as "cold" even after a full inning of being placed in the bullpen. They never progressed to "warming up" or "Ready".

I had saved and closed OOTP after the 1st game of the double-header before opening and re-entering the program to play the 2nd game.

Sadly every update has made my game run worse. The latest one has my season crashing every ten or so games (in game days). Sometimes it will not reload and gets stuck at 30% flags.

First release I was playing 3D everygame. So great. Then I started playing 2D to try to keep the game stable, then I turned off shaders. No dice. Game booster. No help.

My season save is in the year 2022, and I don't want to start over. But it's like my save from release week isn't compatible with the new version of the game.

Cosmetic issue with achievements (searched this thread but nothing turned up):

Clyde Brady is listed as having had 3 RBI in the bronze walkoff achievement that just unlocked, but he actually had 5 RBI in the game: a 3-run homer in the ninth, and a 2-run walkoff homer in the 15th.

Edit: it is listed correctly with five at the Drive Em In achievement.

When a player in the minors (AAA is where I see it) with a ML contract has to be put on DL list, the popup with buttons to select 14 or 60 day options display. Actually, the 7 and 60 day options should display as is done for a player without a ML contract. The player is actually placed on the 7 day DL list so only the text on the popup button is incorrect.

I'm playing all default options from initial installation.

Hello,

I submitted a ticket on this a few days ago and haven't gotten any sort of response. I am planning to upload my files tonight but thought I would check in on the board first to see if anybody had any thoughts on my problem. Basically I've been running a historic simulation from 1901 to the present with historic lineups/transactions. I'm not in charge of any team but am simply simulating through every season. The game has been crashing on the same date in October 1993 every single time. Has anybody experienced a similar problem? I seem to remember it happening a few years ago to me as well. My ticket # is 12723 in case anybody from OOTP is reading this. I'll upload my files tonight but I thought maybe there might be an easy fix to this. Love the game but it's really frustrating when this type of thing happens and it involves so much effort on my part to get it fixed. Thanks.

Seen this twice. Once earlier in the season Clark Griffith was playing 3rd & pitching simultaneously. Latest was Roy Patterson pitching & playing 2nd in game 444 on 6/22/1901.

The Houston GM has "sort of" lost all his minor league players in the online league Extra Innings.

On the ML transaction screen, he has zero players at each level. In the minor league batting and pitching rosters, he has zero players. However, you can access many of these players by clicking their names in the depth charts, lineups, and pitching rotation. You can also access them on the html transactions list, in the minor league system report and in the player development screen. In each case, the player is still supposedly on that minor league team, and, in fact, individual players can be returned to visible status by moving them to a different minor league team.

However, I have tested with a copied file, and they will not play until they are returned to visible status.

The Houston GM tells me that prior to this sim he delegated to minor league managers minor league transactions.

Edit: I see you wanted the file sent to you by ftp, so it is on the way. I named it Extra Innings. Same file you can download from my link above, even though there I called it Bug.

Just got the game from steam for a week. Great stuff.

Regretfully I am experiencing regular crashes on my MacBook.

I don't know if you get the info from Apple to work on these bugs?

I'm really not sure what would have happened here. If he can think of anything else that he changed or did before he saw it, that could help us track it down.

As for an easy solution, if you just have the AI set up the complete minor league system, it will reset players on teams properly. But anything else you can tell us would certainly help us prevent this from happening again.

Whenever I try to start a new custom game, it loads to 7% and crashes.

I said in my original message that I do signings and releases. My AGM only does promotions and demotions. I do not want him releasing players, so I set him to not release players. Then he released players.

Managing a minor league team and I can't change the team strategy outside of the pre-sets. I can set the overall team strategies via the dropdown pre-setsjust fine, and I can also change the bit on defensive substitutions/pitch counts but I cannot move any of the sliders for any of the games times or situations.

I am playing as a manager only, it works fine when I swap into commissioner mode, and the sliders remain in the same position if I turn commissioner model off, but I can no longer move them.

The text on the left hand side of the screen informs me that since I am the manager of this team I have full control over the team strategy, this appears to not be the case!. I can upload the game .dat files when I get home from work.
