Random Modifiers with ability to set a range of years.

I like certain periods in baseball more than others. For example, I love the 70's. I also like the early 80's quite a bit. I would love to have the ability to select a certain year range say 1970-1979. From that point forward, each preseason, OOTP would randomly select a year within that range to use for that seasons modifiers. Thoughts?

As long as there is no limit to the range so I can do 1871 to current year

I think it would be cool of OOTP could make it's own eras, so as my league goes on, it would go through it's own steroid era, pitching dominated era, small ball era, etc and it would be all automated, so I would have to adjust as I start noticing changes.
