Saving games on OneDrive?
I'm considering getting a Surface 3 tablet. Has anyone tried saving OOTP games on OneDrive? I know cloud saves aren't officially supported by OOTP at present, but can I get around that by using OneDrive? It would be nice to play OOTP on both my laptop and tablet without having to zip up my league when I switch devices.
Please note that my fictional league has been running for 35+ seasons and takes up about 2 GB of storage space (unzipped). |

I'm not sure about OneDrive, but I have one of those personal cloud drives, and I can't make it work because you have to set it up as the data folder for OOTP and OOTP doesn't recognize network locations. I've had success with using a USB drive. You just have to plug it into each of your sytems and determine what drive letter the system assigns it. Then you can point OOTP there. It will work, but be prepared for your game to slow down since reading and writing USB drives is a lot slower than a hard drive.
