Facegen for the MLB players for OOTP16, where can I download them?

Random question... somewhat related to the plaques... and looking up retired players...

This did not work in past versions, assuming its the same still. If we add all the historic jerseys and caps will the retired players keep their jerseys and caps they wore when they played, or will they wear what the current jersey is?

Go into this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 16\default_data

Copy the baseball_card_files on to your desktop (WinRAR archive)

Open that file up with WinRAR or whatever you use and extract the bb_cards folder to your desktop

Now go here: C:\Users\YOURID\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 16\bb_cards\templates

Delete the ootp16 folder and then go back into the bb_cards folder you extracted to the desktop and open it and copy the ootp16 folder and paste it back into the templates folder (the one above where you just deleted it from)

Now go here: C:\Users\YOURID\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 16\saved_games\YOURLEAGUE.lg\news\html\images\hof

Delete everything in this folder (keep the folder, just delete the bb cards inside of it)

Open OOTP 16 back up and go into the league history -> HOF and it should regenerate all the HOF pictures, this time with the plaques, like shown below.

Thanks for this. However after following this process step by step, it did regenerate the cards but still without the pictures.

Does it require me to start a new game?

All u do is before downloading the AIO is rename the baseball templates (just add org to the file names)the dl and install AIO then go back and rename back them back tho u might need to find the new ones with the same name and delete or rename before taking the org off of the default templates.

I loaded the servers to the add ons and downloaded the AOI 2015 installation. I also made sure I enabled face gen on the settings but when i start any new game, the face gens do not load.

When i go to the 'player/facegen' tab in game settings all player face gen functions are not highlighted or available to me and are greyed out so that i can not reload or apply them.

Never had this issue with an past version of OOTP.

Yes, all MLB stuff is there already. There's no separate file with only facegens, that I know of.

If I use the 2015 All-In-One mod, will I overwrite the default logo/uniform files that come with the game? I need to protect the HOF plaques? Anything else?

No. The AIO doesn't include any MLB uni or logo. I don't know about the plaques, but they're in the baseball cards folder. Just backup that folder to be sure.

facegens there is a crap ton and they are always a work in progress thu the year as they are always trying to get better but they are complete as they will be to my knowledge.

High res photos all match the quickstart rosters, so there are no missing pics. Does not include personnel..just didn't have time to do those yet.

Joplin Blasters and Sussex County Miners are the teams without unis they have not released their unis

baseball card templates should be complete but tweaks may happen in which i would update the file

its as complete as it can be right know which is very complete

MLB teams are now included with the game. No need to download anything if all you want is current MLB unis and logos.

Can we have an MLB players facegen download file only? Hopefully before Monday when the first patch is released which will have a roster set update.

I installed the AIO and FaceGens were generated, but only for players in the MLB on my team. None of my minors players, and none of the players on other teams or free agents. Not sure what I did wrong.

I'm the most interested in current and past MLB seasons with minor league participation. I don't play fictional leagues.

So you installed the AIO FIRST?

I started a new MLB QS then installed the AIO and the facegens showed up, so did the baseball card HOF cards, so that's when I followed those steps I wrote up to get the HOF plaques and I have the player faces.

I'm downloading the historical ballparks now. No confusion there.

In "Add-Ons Central there are:
1) Historical FaceGen Image Pack
2) Complete Historical and Modern Photo Face Pack
3) 2015 All-in-One Mod

Any assistance what to download would be appreciated.
Specifically is historical in 1&2 different? Are they in #3?

Old thread.. but you need to install #1 if you want correct facegen pictures on the HOF plaques. Just figured that out today. The 2015 AIO mod does NOT have the older players included.
