Creating better coaches

In a historical league, I want to bring in real-life managers and coaches. I convert them to coaches in commissioner mode, and edit their real experience to the correct number of years. I convert them from bench coach to manager. I bump up their attributes. Try as I might, they still show as "unproven". Leo Durocher and Walter Alston are not unproven in the 60's. How do I get the game to recognize them as "good" or better?

Coach reputation is based on their history, which is not currently editable. We don't support editing it directly at this moment.

I've had it asked a few times, so at some point I'm sure we can either have some sort of history editor or some other way to adjust reputations.

Thanks for the clarification, Matt. I think we should have the ability to create a great manager in the same manner as we can create a great player.
