2014 to 2016
I still run 2014, and would like to buy 2016 and transfer my existing fictional league over.

Can I go 2014 to 2016 or would I need to buy 2015 as well?

The bad news: You need 15.

The good news: You can use the demo version!

Import your OOTP14 league into the OOTP15 demo, and then import that into OOTP16.
