Sacrifice fly problems

Lately I've been seeing this happen far too often (though it's been a longtime OOTP irritant for me): Not even being given the option to tag up from third base to score. Just now I had a deep flyball hit to CF (using the in game ball flight option + pbp even said 'hit to deep centerfield'), and the runner didn't score on his own, and I wasn't even given the option to score on a MEDIUM to DEEP flyball. I should ALWAYS be given the option except on the most extreme of shallow pop ups. I don't understand it. That's a very fun part of the game for me - weighing the speed, depth, and arm at play and making a crucial in-game decision. Bug aside (and I think this is), it would just be "more fun" to be involved like that. As it is now, it's a very frustrating and inconsistent part of an otherwise amazing game.

Totally agree...this annoys the heck out of me. Once and awhile they'll ask but most times are sending runners getting tagged out. I would of never sent the runner.

Medium to Deep can mean a lot of different areas when you actually look at the field grids... the next time you're in the game would you consider checking what field grid this ball was hit to?

Ok this is getting really bad: in back to back innings (7th and 8th) with runners on second and two outs there were hits to medium depth OF, the runners didn't score on their own (they should have

but that's another issue) and it didn't give me the option to send them. I lost 1-0.

Now, being down 1-0 in this situation and offensively challenged all game, I want to force the issue, be aggressive. I want to force them to throw me out. I general, I want to be an aggressive baserunning team, and honestly this is really limiting and detracting from the experience.

Again, this is my only complaint with an otherwise terrific game, but it's a big one. Really, it's so frustrating to me that I don't want to play anymore.This seems to bother me almost every game.

Maybe it is a typo on your part, but scoring from second on a fly ball is not something that should happen.....

If you go into the settings for your strategy and set it for aggressive, would that help at all? Could try that and see if it helps.

I know it's a frustrating thing on the deep flies and no tags. You should post this in the bug forum too

I meant in this case they were base hits
