A way to turn off automatically generated HS/College stats for amateurs?

Is there a way to stop the game from automatically generating stats for high school and college players entering the first year player draft in leagues without feeders?

I ask because of the issue I describe here. It's the only thing I can think to do that would stop it, but I don't see a way to disable the game from generating fake stats.

Does anyone know?

Are the leaderboards ok?

No, the leaderboards are including stats from high school and college. So a guy with 595 hr in the majors and 5 in high school is being listed as having 600 major league homeruns.

Pretty sure Markus fixed this recently. You have the latest patch? If so it'll probably be in the next patch.

I do have the latest patch. I'm glad to know it's on his radar anyway. I hadn't seen any posts about it and was worried that it was something that somehow, against all sane reasoning, I was the only one noticing it.
