It's another "Name My Expansion Teams" thread
My MLB universe is adding 2 new teams to make it 32 total

1 of the teams will be in Vancouver, but don't have anything in mind for a team nickname yet

The other team needs to be in the southeast, but I haven't decided on either a city or nickname for it yet. Cities I have in mind for this team are Nashville, Charlotte, Memphis or Jacksonville

If you have a logo you'd like to suggest along with the team name as well, have at it

For Vancouver:

- Tide
- Pacific
- Monarchs (the province's name was selected by Queen Victoria)
- Voodoo (plays off the V and the Voodoo was RCAF fighter jet)
- Harbour Cats (already is a team in BC with this name but anything with Cats always sounds good)
- Chinooks (BC Salmom run plus it is a popular military helicopter)
- Coho(s) (another BC Salmon species)

I use Vancouver Reign in my leagues.

For the other teams...

Charlotte Admirals
Charlotte Cannons

Memphis Blues
Memphis Mudmen

I'd like to submit Orlando as a possible city. Could use Stars, Solar Sox, Seals or Knights as nicknames.

I would look up the current minor league teams across the country because the game recognizes most of them and fills in their real uniforms. I love that part of this game. Best team name and uniforms ever - the Las Vegas (Area) 51's... take me to your leader...

For some reason I like Nashville having something to do with the railroads. Whenever I bring in a Nashville team I call them the Golden Spikes or Rail Splitters or Express or something.

Nashville Hickories (In honor of one Andre Jackson)
Vancouver Lumberjacks (L'Jacks) and that's ok.



I mean it is even on the city's coat of arms (too much CKII)

In 1984 I won a Strat-O-Matic league with a team in Jacksonville. I called them the Jaguars and this was 10 years before the football team existed, so I always use Jaguars when I have a team in JAX.
