OOTP OU Issue

So I was wondering if anyone has encountered this and knows what I am doing wrong or missing...

I set up my online utility for my OOTP15 league step by step via the instructions on the forum. Everything works as far as the exports & some of the development (not the hitting/pitching ratings), and when I click on a player in the development, all of his ratings show as 0. It does show me his personality ratings correct, as well as his speed & base running... just not the main hitting or pitching ratings.

Anyone experience this or have any clues as to what I am missing?
