Ghost Player Creation Question

Can the ghost players option be activated when the season is already underway? And if so, does it take effect then or in the next off-season?

I'm not sure if it can be activated during the season but I assume it would and I would think the changes are immediate, not the next season if it can be done

It takes effect immediately. Many OOTPers end up turning it on during the season when they run into illegal rosters (two few players on a minor league roster).

You can also add fictional players in lieu of turning on ghost players, of course.

Glad to hear that. The check-box for it wasn't grayed out so I was hoping that would be the case.
