I would kill for this. Just picture it: in the 7-Day Lineups screen, a drop-down menu where you could select pre-set lineups for every day of the week. Nirvana.

What I outlined to Markus was the ability to save lineups - with text descriptions - from the lineup screen and load them there, in the 7-day lineup screen and in the lineup screen before each game. I think it will make the game a lot better when we can save lineups against say, fly ball and and ground ball pitchers or against weaker opponents, or have several Spring Training lineups, etc.

That sounds perfect. I use 7-Day Lineups pretty much exclusively, but the in-game implementation remains a bit crude and fiddly. The kind of flexibility you're describing would improve things dramatically. Hope it becomes reality.

In the model I passed on, you save lineups from the lineups and depth chart screen and load them there and in the 7-day and game lineup screens. We'll see what he actually does.

Exactly. It will make lineup management SOOO much easier. Plus multiple lineups in Spring Training!

Not sure how feasible this is, but what would be especially great is if you could save multiple lineups that include *any* players on your 40-man roster, regardless of whether they are in the majors or minors at the moment. This would make injury management a whole lot easier. As someone who plays with injuries on high, it's pretty annoying to constantly have to re-set your lineups every time one of your core players is DTD or on the DL.

So, is there a fix for rainouts during a 7 day sim in which a team uses 7 day lineups ? If the game is rescheduled the next day being an off day the game starts the same pitcher two days in a row!!!!
