Injury disabling
Hey ive been trying for the life of me to find this setting but i cannot find it. ive been looking for hours and cant find it. Could somepone please tell me where to go to disable injuries?

Game Menu, Game Settings, Players & Facegen, the option to diable injures is in the top lefthand corner.
