One Game Playoff!!!

Classic MLB is finishing up the 1986 season and the winner of the AL East will be determined by a one game playoff between the New York Yankees and Detroit Tigers!!!

The other division races were just as close with the NY Mets edging out the St. Louis Cardinals by 1 game in the NL East and the California Angels coming back from several games back to overcome the Texas Rangers at the last moment.

And the winner is.....

The Detroit Tigers!!!

The Tigers defeated the NY Yankees by a score of 1-0 with both teams getting just 5 hits each...very exciting game!

The playoffs start Sunday so feel free to visit the website and check things out. Classic is a great 80s league and if you enjoy baseball the way it was meant to be played without all of the steriod monsters of today then stop by and visit us.
