Trainer Ratings

How accurate are trainer ratings? Are they tied to scouting ratings (i.e. if you turn off scouting system do you still get the same trainer ratings)?

Do they change? Several have "unproven" or "inexperienced" for certain traits.

For the record, I've never seen them change no matter what I do.

Trainers have nothing to do with player ratings nor development. Trainers don't train the players. They are on the medical side of things. They prevent injuries and treat current injuries. So, there is no tie between scouting ratings and trainer ratings since they are completely two different things.

yes. ok.

that's not the question. someone has given the "rating" to the trainer for certain characteristics. if memory serves me correct, the manager ratings in prior OOTPs was dependent on your scout. as in your scout scouted the managerial pool.

if trainer ratings are static, where do they come from? and why do they never change?
